It’s been long.
A long time since I have really been on top of my blogging. A Long time since I’ve had any fitness motivation, just a long 2017.
I really lost my way at the bringing of 2017, I stopped taking any interested in my blog or Instagram and just when I was getting on top of it all.
I lost interest in going to the gym or eating healthy. I just didn’t have the energy or motivation so I ate the easy crap food, had a couple of glasses a wine each night after work. I got into some really unhealthy habits which have to lead to my 2 stone weight gain.
I don’t want to go into detail but I got down and depressed and it took me so long to get out of this hole I dug but it finally happened.
I rejoined the gym and it was like this cloud about my head was lifted away. It was just like that my frame of mind changed. I was getting back to my old self, the girl I loved and recognised.
I been eating so healthy and loving it. I’m not 8lbs down and that has empowered me, even more, to work my ass off.
I also have my Bali travels coming up at the end of August which is pushing me on even more.
I have goals and I will achieve them!!
How to get back to my old blogging ways. This is the last part of the jigsaw of putting myself back together.
I’ve been working on my fitness journey which I will share soon.
And of course, my Bali travels which I’m so excited for and cannot wait to share.
